About us
The Danville Diaper Bank serves as Christ Memorial Episcopal Church’s largest mission outreach program, serving 75-100 families in need of diapers each month throughout Montour, Columbia, Northumberland, and surrounding communities. Founded in 2012, the Danville Diaper Bank is the only diaper distribution in Montour County providing to families in need at no charge.
Mission
The mission of the Danville Diaper Bank is to improve community wellbeing, by assisting those in need and ensuring that babies are provided with clean, dry diapers. This reduces the cause of a rash and infections for babies as well as reduces the stress on their caregivers. We provide a supplemental supply of newborn to size 6 diapers, and on a limited basis we offer wipes, pull-ups and adult extra small (60 lbs.) diapers.
Distribution
Diapers are not covered under any form of government assistance. The Danville Diaper Bank strives to help keep babies healthy by providing a supplemental supply of diapers to families and caregivers in need. Our doors are open on the 2nd Saturday of each month 10am-Noon.
